We are growing roman chamomile for more than 40 years in the heart of Piedmont, in the centre of Cuneo’s plain, between Monviso and Langhe region, halfway between Cuneo and Torino. From this plantation we extract the precious essential oil.

 We are based in Cavallermaggiore, a small village, where every year in June the magic blooming of roman chamomile happens. The harvest, in July, is a ritual we can’t wait for, outcome of our hard work done during all year long.
 Thanks to optimal elements for medical herbs growth like our fertile soils wet by Maira stream and the climate hot and wet during summer and cold with generous snowfalls during winter, since beginning of 900 the peppermint plantation developed largely in this area.
 In the following years both the curiosity and the market demand encouraged us to enlarge and diversify plantations. Since the beginning of ‘80s, after several test phases, the roman chamomile began the core business of our companies and it is still nowadays.
 Every year in July, with the blooming of plants, we do the distillation with care and passion like in the past but with modern and advanced equipment and technologies.
 Our main goal is to obtain a high-quality natural product with unique aroma as a result of our passion and teachings of our ancestors.
